Heiser Farms Photo Slideshow

race The blast of a horn is usually followed by shouting and cheers and the changing of gears as riders smash their feet onto their pedals and another race begins. Not on Saturday. It meant that a pumpkin would be launched from a giant cannon and quietly float through the sky until it struck the earth and explode into thousands of little bits. You could pet the animals, see draft horses plow a field, go for a ride in a cart pulled by goats or, simply, get lost in a maze of corn. And, oh yeah, you could race your bike. Just another day at Heiser Farms.

Hopefully by the second or third property you put a contract and deposit on; you will have the one that is right for you. Remember, if the property is a bargain price, you have missed something in almost every case. What you need to do is figure out how it is a bargain for you; because you have an unusual use, ability, or way to change the property easily to suit your needs.
